We will keep you informed on any estimates of time and cost as we work so that we can make the best informed decisions considering your budget and needs.
Our rates are billed in 15-minute blocks with a minimum of 1 hour service.
Most computer issues are solved within the first hour.
Service Rates
Standard Service: $150
This is the rate charged for most services that we perform on-site or remotely in order to resolve an issue, or to perform a service that involves configuring or installing software or IT systems.
Advanced Service: $190
This is the rate charged for any advanced service where specialized skills are required in order to resolve an issue or to perform a service that involves configuring or installing complicated business or consumer-grade IT systems.
Custom Computer Builds:
We can build custom PCs within your budget and needs. Because every customer’s needs and build is different, it’s best to contact us for a customized quote.
Software Development Services:
We can develop or provide custom software solutions for you, or to continue support, develop or maintenance on your existing custom software solution. Because of the complexity of software, it is best to have a chat to see how we can help you to achieve what’s needed at a price that is reasonable for all parties involved.

We are based in Ellenbrook. Rates are calculated according to distance from central Ellenbrook.

We try to keep travel rates to a reasonable minimum, however, our travel rates are subject to change with change in costs for travel such as the price of petrol, tolls, state road service charges and the costs of electrical charging services for electric vehicles

Mark Davidoff (BSc Software Engineering) has been working in the IT industry in Perth for over 20 years. He has experience working in retail computer stores, as a contractor for IT support providers, and as a full-time member of staff at various Managed IT Service Providers, both in support and software engineering roles.
